Embodied Bellydance® is an approach that requires dedication, persistence and practice, as it is a comprehensive methodology which, for most of us, requires a fundamental shift in the way we consider Bellydance and movement generally.

Prerequisite for Embodied Bellydance® Training and Assessment
Those wishing to apply become accredited teachers of Embodied Bellydance® must have completed between 200 to 300 hours of previous training in Embodied Bellydance®.
This can include:
- Workshops or intensives specifically with Embodied Bellydance® content.
- Regular classes
- Private lesson, face to face or Skype
Embodied Bellydance can be applied to any style or genre of Middle Eastern Dance sytles or be regarded as a style of its own.
